Arturo Ruiz has lived in Arizona for decades. He’s built a life for himself and his family by fixing cars as a mechanic right here in Phoenix.
But on his way to work on August 4th, his life turned upside down after ICE pulled him over and detained him, leaving his three children to deal with the fallout.
Just two weeks later, he was deported to Mexico.
