A resolution co-sponsored by two US Reps. Andy Biggs and Paul Gosar seeks to define the actions attributed to two pro-abortion activism groups as domestic terrorism.

Group Plans Appeal in Effort to Keep Gosar, Biggs, Finchem off Ballot

The case cites the 14th Amendment, which prohibits people who have taken an oath to defend the Constitution from holding office if they then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the government.
