@coppercourier Police in Glendale, Arizona, said a man was arrested for attempted kidnapping after he stopped his car and followed a 14-year-old girl on her way home from school on March 6. Newly released footage from the Glendale Police shows the girl walking at the 91st Avenue and Cardinals Way intersection when a car pulls in, and a man gets out. The man, identified by police as 28-year-old Timothy Tan Guan, begins to follow the girl along the path. The girl notices Guan and begins to run. Police said she found a person walking their dog who helped her contact police. Police said they arrested Guan for attempted kidnapping.
