Phoenix is, without a doubt, a coffee-drinkers’ city. There are enough shops in central Phoenix alone to visit a different one every day of the month without making it to every spot on the list. So it should come as no surprise that the Valley is once again in the national spotlight for its elite coffee scene.
Yelp released its list of 100 Best Coffee Shops in the U.S., and four Arizona spots made the cut.

The list was constructed by ranking businesses listed in the Coffee and Tea category based on the total volume and ratings of reviews. Yelp only allowed up to five spots per metro area to ensure geographic diversity, so four Phoenix spots receiving the honor is a noteworthy number.
Here’s a look at the four best coffee shops in Arizona, according to Yelp.
A.T. Oasis Coffee & Tea Shop
A.T. Oasis came in at #10 on Yelp’s list, after previously coming in at #11 in 2022. Owner Aisha Tedros imports all her coffee from Ethiopia. She also hosts a traditional coffee ceremony on the first Saturday of every month. Popular drinks include the A.T. Ginger Spice Coffee and the chai tea with a house made spice blend.

Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery
Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery was #24 on Yelp’s list. The Indigenous-owned shop is primarily a bakery, offering sourdough loaves, quiches and assorted pastries. But they also offer coffee, teas and lemonades.

Homage Coffee House
Homage Coffee House was #97 on Yelp’s list. The small, family-owned shop is located inside an old house in Glendale. Specialty drinks include the honeycomb toffee “choco-latte”, bourbon brown sugar latte, cardamom rose latte and stroopwafel latte.

Window Coffee Bar
Window Coffee Bar came in at #15 on Yelp’s list. Window has two locations in central Phoenix: one in the Melrose neighborhood and one in uptown Phoenix. The uptown location has a drive thru and indoor dining area, while the Melrose location aptly features a walk-up window. The most popular drink is the Burnt Creme latte, which tastes like creme brulee.
