Jonny Lupsha earned his BA in journalism from Valdosta State University. He’s a dedicated storyteller with 15 years’ experience in independent journalism, web journalism and marketing writing. Jonny lives in north Virginia with his wife and two children.

Nikki Sapiro Vinckier, PA-C, is an OB-GYN physician assistant with more than a decade of experience in reproductive healthcare. She is the founder of Take Back Trust, and the author of We Deserve More. You can find her online @nikkivinck. 

Ellis Preston expects to graduate in May 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Preston has interned as a reporter at The Arizona Capitol Times and is a student worker at Arizona PBS and The State Press.

Tyler Piester expects to graduate in August 2026 with a master’s degree in sports journalism. Piester has previously interned with the Peoria Rivermen hockey club and has written several articles for AZPreps 365.

Eleri Mosier expects to graduate in December 2026 with a master’s degree in mass communication. She received her bachelor’s in English and Sociology in May 2025. She has experience at Arizona State Press, Arizona Republic, PHOENIX Magazine and Glide Magazine.

Joey Held is a writer and author and the founder of Fun Fact Friyay. He’s regularly planning travel adventures and encourages exploring new places with curiosity and kindness.

Chaunie Brusie is a mom of five, a native Michigander, and a Registered Nurse turned writer and editor. She specializes in health and medical writing. Her work has appeared everywhere from The New York Times to Glamour to Parents magazine.
