Turning Point USA poured money and influence into an Arizona utility board election, but the effort appears to have backfired by drawing more attention to the race and energizing clean-energy voters. The result was a win for the Clean Energy Slate, which now gives clean-energy supporters control of the SRP board for the first time in Arizona history.
