On Monday, we talked about Prop 320, an Arizona ballot measure that has to do with education spending. 

In short, Republicans want to put new rules on how school districts use their budgets—districts would be required to spend a minimum of 60% of their operating budgets on “direct instructional expenses.”

Teachers and public school advocates are urging Arizonans to vote no, saying that the measure would do more harm than good.
