Lee Ziesche traveled from Tucson to Phoenix on Dec. 3 to attend the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) meeting to urge commissioners to vote against an Energy Supply Agreement between Tucson Electric Power and Beale Infrastructure for a data center in Tucson.
After the ACC approved the agreement, Ziesche is now calling on Pima County Supervisors Steve Christy, Matt Heinz, and Rex Scott to reverse course and stop the land sale for the data center.
