Golf course living and a basement: Check out the Phoenix rentals we found this week

Whether you’re seriously searching or just looking for fun, here are some Phoenix rentals that grabbed our attention this week.

Are you looking for a new rental in Phoenix? Or maybe you’re someone who likes to scroll housing listings for fun? Either way, I’m bringing you the highlights of what I’ve seen recently while scrolling Zillow.

Some are more practical, while others may be just for dreaming. But hopefully they’re all at least entertaining to look through.

🚪 If all you want is a solid, cute home: This three-bed, two-bath doesn’t necessarily have any unique features to highlight, but it’s charmingly updated. The 1,595-square-foot home near Glendale and 19th avenues has a fenced-in backyard and covered patio. It’s available for $2,500 a month starting April 1, and cats and dogs are allowed.

🏃‍♀️ If you’re big on fitness: This $2,400/month home comes with a lot of benefits for renters who like to exercise. Its HOA amenities include a fitness center, group fitness classes, a lap pool, and tennis courts. It’s also right next to a golf course. There’s one catch, though—it’s in a 55+ age-restricted community. The three-bed, two-bath, 1,430-square-foot home has a two-car garage, allows cats and dogs, and is available now. 

🪏 If you’ve always wanted a room underground: This home near Thomas Road and 40th Street has a feature rare in Arizona: a basement. The 2,010-square-foot home, built in 1980, also has a wood-burning fireplace, a unique arched window, and an enclosed backyard. The home is listed for $2,475 a month and is available now—the listing doesn’t provide information on pets.
