This week includes ICE protests, voter registration drives, advocacy days at the Arizona Capitol, organizing meetings, and community gatherings happening statewide.

Friday (March 20)

Progress for the People Town Hall / Asamblea Comunitaria โ€œProgreso para el Puebloโ€
(Phoenix, 6-9 p.m.)
National and local leaders will gather in north-central Phoenix for a town hall focused on immigration, cost of living, and federal policy impacting Arizona communities.

East Valley LUCHAdores Meeting
(Private location, 5:30-7:30 p.m.)
LUCHA members will meet to strategize and organize around community priorities in the East Valley.

Saturday (March 21)

โ€œWe the Peopleโ€ Artbeat ICE Out Rally and Food Drive
(Tempe, 8:30-10:30 a.m.)
Organizers will host a high-visibility ICE protest and food drive at the Tempe Pedestrian Bridge.

Banner/Sign Painting Party – Anthem Indivisible
(Private location, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.)
Volunteers will gather to create banners and signs ahead of upcoming protests and demonstrations.

Arizona CLUW Womenโ€™s History Month Event
(Phoenix, 2-5 p.m.)
Arizona AFL-CIO will host a celebration highlighting women leaders in the labor movement.

Sunday (March 22)

2026 CEBV Happy Hour (Virtual)
(Virtual, 4-5 p.m.)
Civic Engagement Beyond Voting will host a weekly session covering Arizona legislation and politics.

Northeast Valley CAT Chat (Virtual)
(Virtual, 6-6:45 p.m.)
Save Our Schools Arizona will host a virtual meeting focused on public education advocacy.

Monday (March 23)

CD1 Protest at Schweikertโ€™s Office
(Scottsdale, 8-9 a.m.)
Community members will hold a weekly protest outside Rep. David Schweikertโ€™s office.

OVOV Advocacy Day at the Capitol
(Phoenix, starting at 8 a.m.)
Our Voice Our Vote Arizona will host a day of advocacy meetings and organizing at the state Capitol.

ICE Out of Mesa City Council Action
(Private location, 5:30-7:30 p.m.)
Community members will call on Mesa City Council to end cooperation with ICE.

Tuesday (March 24)

Volunteer to Register Community College Students to Vote
(Private location, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.)
Volunteers will help register students and expand voter participation in the Tempe area.

BARRIO Dinner with LUCHA
(Private location, 5-7 p.m.)
Community members will gather for a discussion on economic issues and community priorities.

Desert Progressives March Meeting
(Phoenix, 6:30-8 p.m.)
Local organizers will meet to discuss education policy and ongoing advocacy efforts.

Wednesday (March 25)

Cultural Community Potluck: Share Your Roots
(Sierra Vista, 6-7:30 p.m.)
Residents will gather to share food, culture, and stories in a community-building event hosted by Rural Arizona Engagement.

Thursday (March 26)

AZ Dems Cactus Club Happy Hour
(Private location, 6-8 p.m.)
The Arizona Democratic Party will host a networking and organizing event in Tucson.
