Where are Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers bars in Arizona?

Super Bowl 58 is this Sunday. Arizona native and Perry High School alumnus Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers face off against Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The game starts at 4:30 p.m. on CBS and takes place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The 49ers defeated the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions on the road to make it to the franchise’s eighth Super Bowl appearance. The Chiefs ran the gauntlet and beat the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, and Baltimore Ravens en route to the team’s sixth Super Bowl appearance.

This is the second time the two teams will face off in the season finale, with the first in Miami in Super Bowl 54 in 2020. The Chiefs beat the 49ers 31-20.

Arizona natives are likely fans of the Arizona Cardinals, but what about the massive segment of the state’s population that came from another state?

Pub Rock Live is a bar and music venue for upcoming bands. During the NFL season it becomes a haven for fans of the Chiefs.

Pub Rock Live will fence off its parking lot to set up an outdoor seating area where two 85-inch televisions will be showing the game. Check the weather and dress accordingly before heading out because there will be no outdoor heaters.

There will also be three food trucks outside the bar—one serving pizza and wings, another with Sonoran hot dogs, and the third serving tacos.

The outdoor gates open for the Super Bowl at noon, and bar doors open at 1:30 p.m. There is no reserved seating, so get there early if you want a seat.

The Rooster Tavern

The Rooster Tavern labels itself the “Chiefs football unofficial home,” and welcomes in the team’s supporters every Sunday during football season.

The bar’s Facebook page told patrons to get there early before the team’s Jan. 21 game against the Bills, so you’ll likely need to get there very early if you don’t want to be standing during the entire game.

Watch the game with other members of the Chiefs Kingdom as they try to grab their fourth Super Bowl title.

Wasted Grain

Wasted Grain has 49ers flags across its walls and is a great place for the Niners Faithful to gather and watch the team try to win its sixth Super Bowl title.

Call ahead for information on seating arrangements or reservations for the game.

Doors open at 1 p.m. The game will be on most screens in the building, and the bar will have drink specials.

Varsity Tavern

Mill Avenue isn’t just for ASU students on weekends, it’s also for local fans of the 49ers during football season.

On Instagram, Varsity Tavern called itself home of the Arizona 49ers Empire.

Information on the game wasn’t immediately available, but the bar hosted a watch party for the NFC Championship Game between the Niners and Lions, so they’ll likely be airing the Super Bowl for fans of the Bay Area team as well.
