As we head into autumn, I’ve been craving cozy foods with fall flavors—and what’s more comforting than fair food?
I’ve never been to the Arizona State Fair, but every year I see photos of the delicious-looking creations there and I wish I could have a bite.
I’m tempted to go this year and try the Food Flight Pass. The fair offers them on Fridays in October from noon to 6 p.m.
For $26.75, you get fair admission, a souvenir lanyard, and five $5 vouchers for tasting portions of various foods, which every food stand offers.
This sounds to me like a fun way to try different foods without maxing out your stomach and budget on one big item—hello, turkey legs.
The fair’s food list shows lots of different kinds of items, including fry bread, corn dogs, curly fries, tacos, and fried cookie dough.
