Adrienne Washington is a multimedia journalist currently in the investigative journalism master’s program at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Her work has been featured in the Associated Press, the Seattle Times, the Los Angeles Times, and ABC News.
At current rates of growth, the program is expected to cost about $900 million—more than half of K-12 spending—but only serves 8% of all students in the state.
