Do you have any beloved stuffed animals sitting around your home?
You might be able to win a contest with them—Gracie’s Tax Bar in downtown Phoenix is hosting a stuffed animal competition tomorrow.
The contest will have five categories:
- Bigger Is Better
- Most Loved
- Best Backstory
- Rare Bear
- People’s Choice
Each category will have 10 spots, and it’s first-come, first-served to enter. Since it’s at a bar, you have to be 21 or older to take part.
The contest is free to enter, and it’s one entry per person. The bar notes that keychain plushies do not count.
While this contest doesn’t have a big cash payout (see the recent Rafi look-alike contest), Gracie’s gift cards and merch are on the line.
I would probably bring in my penguin Pillow Pet named Tebow. In high school, my friends pooled together some cash to gift it to me, so it means a lot—and it’s still cute despite over 10 years of wear and tear.
