At a Phoenix event by the Arizona Dream Act Coalition on Oct. 7, Enrique Borja, a local pastor and voter, said he’s voting with immigration and the economy at the top of his mind.
He said President Donald Trump promised to bring prices down, but he’s seen prices go up, pointing to Arizona’s high cost of gas.
