Nick Mansour is running for Arizona treasurer. The Democrat said he’s not opposed to state ESAs (school vouchers), but he is opposed to voucher fraud.
He noted that he thinks the Treasurer’s office might have the power to outright refuse fraudulent ESA purchases, but hasn’t been exercising it.
