I’ve never followed the sport, but I’ve had fun going to some watch parties and generally feeling everyone’s energy around it. The Mexico games brought more people to my part of downtown Phoenix than I’ve seen in a long time–maybe ever in the three years I’ve lived here!

We’re finished by 8:30 a.m. Today we served approximately 640 meals. Wonderful volunteers all pitch in. It’s a great experience.”
