A new Buckeye community with home prices starting in the mid-$300,000s is open for sales.
Dream Finders Homes has launched Apache Farms with 85 home sites on Broadway Road near 239th Avenue.
The median home price in the area is about $385,000, according to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

“We have nine different floor plans for buyers to choose from, with each designed to meet a variety of lifestyle needs whether they are entry-level buyers or second time, move-up buyers,” Tyler Champlin, Dream Finders Homes Phoenix division president, said.
The houses range in size from 1,556 square feet to 2,869 square feet.
Apache Farms amenities include parks, walking trails, a basketball court and multiple playgrounds.
“We’re also glad to be adding more housing inventory in the fast-growing city of Buckeye,” Champlin said.
