Just how expensive are these homes? Well, only one of these properties was purchased for less than $10 million. Yep—you read that right.

A North Scottsdale mansion in the Silverleaf Neighborhood

There’s a caveat with this mansion: It was actually sold twice in the same day.

Here’s how the story goes: This luxe Silverleaf estate was originally purchased by Canadian oilman William Gallacher in 2016 for $11.1 million. In 2021, the staggering 14,350-square-foot home was first purchased by Willybear Investment for $15 million. That very same day, the home was purchased for $17.5 million by Santos Zamora, president of Quality Motor Cars of Stockton, California.

Situated on four acres, this home features nine bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two guest houses, one elevator, 10 ( I repeat — 10!) fireplaces, two swimming pools, and a 1,000-bottle wine room.
