Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced the state is joining a coalition of 12 attorneys general suing to stop Paramount’s $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
Mayes says the Hollywood mega-merger could mean higher ticket and cable prices, fewer choices for audiences, and a direct hit to Arizona’s theaters—and the more than 11,600 jobs tied to them and the overall economy of the state.
