Apache County voted to remove Spanish translations from its mail ballots, joining Gila and Mohave counties.
Spanish translations will still be available at in-person voting machines—but that means Spanish-speaking voters will have to vote in person, even though a majority of Arizona voters cast their ballots by mail.
