Stanton: Military shouldn’t be part of Trump’s immigration crackdown


Bloomberg Law reports the Pentagon is considering involuntarily activating military lawyers to serve as immigration judges and represent the government in cases involving detained migrant children.

US Rep. Greg Stanton’s response was two NDAA amendments that would:

🚫 Block the DoD from funding immigration enforcement contracts.

🚫 Bar DoD employees from volunteering for immigration enforcement operations.
