Fatima Gabir expects to graduate in fall 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication with a minor in justice studies. Gabir has written for The Arizona State Press magazine and PHOENIX magazine. Gabir is currently an intern for Times of San Diego.

Emma Paterson expects to graduate in spring 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in political science. Paterson has interned as a multimedia reporter at Phoenix Magazine and Newport This Week in Rhode Island.

Brian Petersheim Jr. expects to graduate in spring 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications. He has over four years of experience as a reporter for InMaricopa magazine.

Gwen Frisbie-Fulton is a writer and organizer at Addition Project and is based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. She writes about working-class people, places, and organizing on the Substack Working Class Storytelling .

Tyler Bednar expects to graduate in spring 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in sports journalism and a minor in business. Bednar has interned with the Chicago Dogs as a play-by-play broadcaster and the Miracle League of Arizona.

Cheyla Daverman expects to graduate in fall 2026 with a master’s degree in journalism and mass communication. Daverman has worked for ASU’s College of Health Solutions as a social media content creator.
