This past weekend, I attended the NCAA Women’s Final Four Super Saturday Concert headlined by Kehlani.
I had so much fun, and I couldn’t believe I got to see this Grammy award-winning R&B singer for FREE, when I would have certainly paid money to see her perform anyway.
The outdoor concert was at Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix, and it was a beautiful night. However, free admission for a popular singer and good weather did make for a packed concert, resulting in a tricky time for my group making our way out of the park.
I’m grateful events like these land in Phoenix and can’t wait to see what future years bring.

This was my second time attending a March Madness Final Four concert.
In 2024, I attended the first day of a free three-day festival celebrating the 2024 Men’s Final Four, where I saw Remi Wolf, Renee Rapp, and ZEDD.

On Monday, we talked about the word roads in Arizona, with one survey naming the I-17 at the I-10 interchange the most hated spot for driving.
I asked for your answers, and here’s what you said:
💬 “I-17 North of McDowell. The under passes through this area are very dangerous because, in rush hour traffic I can’t see far enough ahead.” — Les R.
💬 “I’m going to say hwy 93 between Kingman and Wickenburg. Very dangerous!” — Debbie P.
💬 “When I still had to drive to work, I would have to take the 60 to the 101 and the split there both ways was awful no matter what time of day.” — Cathy L.
💬 “Hunt Highway, Santan Valley has had so many deaths within the last four years. It’s not even funny. Also many many deaths on Highway 79 at the Arizona Farms turn off. Darn scary! No wonder my granddaughter does not want to drive.” — Robin B.
Keep sending in your comments—we’ll post them to the website later today!
