Soar through canyons, deserts, and ghost towns. Discover the best places to zipline across Arizona’s wild and scenic landscapes.
Wind in your hair, adrenaline pumping, and beautiful views. Is there any better feeling? Personally, I don’t think so.
Arizona’s got a little bit of everything: the desert, the Grand Canyon, skiing, shopping, golf, and more. But one of its lesser-known, yet equally enticing, attractions is ziplining. With all its natural beauty and unique sights to see, Arizona makes the perfect backdrop to zip through. Discover the top five zipline spots in the state.
1. Predator Zip Lines
Price: $120/person
Location: Camp Verde, AZ.
Okay, I know I said these were ziplines through Arizona, but this one actually takes you out of Arizona and straight into Africa. Predator Zip Lines has an award-winning course that flies you over the “Out of Africa” Wildlife Park in Camp Verde. Predator offers two unique experiences.
The first, and most popular, is the classic Predator Zipline tour. You’ll spend two to three hours zipping across five lines and a suspension bridge. As you soar through the air, keep an eye out for lions, cougars, tigers, and more roaming below.
If you’re looking for even more of a thrill, try the “Zip and Sip” experience. It mixes ziplining with a little wine sipping. After the two- to three-hour zipline tour, you’ll head over to VinoZona, where you’ll get complimentary seating and wine samples—perfect for unwinding after all that adrenaline.
Planning a bachelorette or bachelor party? Predator Zip also offers a special package just for that.
2. Arizona Zipline Adventures
Price: $94-100
Location: Oracle, AZ.
Arizona Zipline Adventures is all about celebrating the Sonoran Desert and getting people excited about this wild, beautiful place. How do they do it? By sending you flying through the desert sky on some seriously fun zipline runs.
They offer a couple of different ways to take it all in. The classic Ecotour gives you five zip lines ranging from 400 to 1,500 feet. And while that’s already a beautiful, high-energy ride, you can still kick it up a notch with their sunset zipline option. It’s the same adrenaline-pumping experience, just timed perfectly so you’re zipping through the sky as the sun sets over the saguaros.

3. Sunrise Park Resort
Price: $49-$74. Special pricing for kids, too.
Location: Greer, AZ.
In the winter, Sunrise Park Resort is a snowy playground packed with all the classic cold-weather activities. But come summer, that winter wonderland transforms into a full-on zipline adventure course. Home to Arizona’s longest and fastest zipline, Sunrise Park doesn’t disappoint. Riders have two options: the Apache High Flyer and the Spirit Trail Adventure Tour.
The Apache High Flyer features two tandem zip lines that soar across the base of Sunrise Mountain, so you can zip right alongside a friend. It’s also the final stop on the Spirit Trail Adventure Tour, a full course that winds through the scenic slopes and stretches nearly a mile. The best part? You’ll kick things off at 10,000 feet above sea level.

4. Grand Canyon West
Price: $90-95
Location: Peach Springs, AZ.
Ziplining over one of the world’s seven wonders? Yes, please. Okay, fine, you’re not technically ziplining over the Grand Canyon, but it sure feels like it. At Grand Canyon West’s Hualapai Point, you’ll soar 3,200 feet across a zipline, 500 feet above the floor of a spectacular side canyon—all while flying at 40 mph. This one’s for the fearless thrill seekers who don’t mind a little height (or a lot of it). Your adventure starts at the Hualapai Point office, where you’ll hop on a scenic shuttle ride to the zipline towers. Once you’re strapped in, you get to ride the sky twice before shuttling back to Hualapai Point.
5. Superstition Zipline
Price: $14
Location: Apache Junction, AZ.
Zipline through the once-bustling mining town of Goldfield, tucked into the Superstition Mountains just outside of Phoenix. The best part? You get to fly over this ghost town with someone by your side. The Superstition Zipline is built for two, with side-by-side seating that makes it a little different from your typical zipline. It’s perfect for families and safe for all ages, so everyone can get in on the fun. Once you’ve seen the town from above, stick around and take some time to explore.
